Membership

• You must be 18 or over to join.
• One account per person. Keep your details up to date.
• Membership is free, and you can leave at any time.

Using offers

• Offers are provided by the venues, not by us. Each has its own days, times and terms.
• Venues may ask to see your code, your claim number or ID.
• Some offers have a limited number of codes. Once they have gone, the offer closes.
• Codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
• Loyalty schemes are run by the venues through HG Club. Stamps, free items and tier perks are the venue's to honour; free items expire after the period the venue sets, and a venue can end or change its scheme, keeping what you've already earned until it expires.

Venues

Venues agree separate business terms when they list an offer, including the listing fee shown on our pricing page, our review process and refunds for offers we don't approve. A venue that runs a loyalty scheme is responsible for honouring its stamps, free items and perks as described to members.

Our responsibility

We check every venue and offer before it goes live, but we can't guarantee a venue will honour an offer. If you have a problem, contact us and we'll follow it up.
